I have purchased a TCL Refrigerator from ETA STAR ELECTRONICS- DUBAI (ASCON GROUP) I sent my office asst. to receive my home delivery at my home, he received the freezer and he signed the paper and returned back to my Office. same day evening I went to my home I have noticed the Freezer door was Smashed! i gave complaint to them rightaway, but the sales person replied Ask our driver he is the one delivered. I am shocked for their poor responsbility. Noway I kept the same one...
