Recd sms for claim the winning amount

Hello, I have recd. sms, that i won 750000 GP Pounds in EU mobile Draw, then they sent a claim form and i sent it back with my details, then they told me that my draft has been issued, and i asked them to send it by courier to me. Then I read some complaints on 'EU Mobile Draw Promotion' on internet, that many person have recd this type of email from eu2009draw@live.com and about the Courier Fee and Insurance Fee. Now i sent an email to them and asked, why they haven't told us for Fee such as courier and insurance fee etc. I think this is a Fraud becuase I am receiving the Emails from eu209draw@live.com. Now I am waiting for their reply.
