Euraka Forbes Aqua sure
No after sales service

People waited at my door step to sell the product, but now i have been calling the customer service center for a Aqua sure candle, but to my dismay they only promise it will be sent in 2 days, but for the past 15 days i have not received anything. This is the kind of after sales service we get form a so called world class company. My complaint is PR 12/8.
