Defective RO Installed

Hello

i have purchased RO water purification system from your authorised service center (by CSS Rajneesh Mishra- 9002505) on 23 auguat 2009 with Rs. 14500 and will get it installed on Friday, 28th august. and from the very next day (saturday 29 august) it is not working and no one is helping me out in this.. Everyone telling different service centres by saying that my area is not come under their operations.

when i called mr. rajneesh, he is not picking up my phone.. and sometimes he disconnect it and put his phone off.

i am very disappointed with your this kind of service, i want my machine replaced as early as possible. i am using ur Aquaguard Classic Model since 1999, now i wanted to upgrade it. so, i purchased,

i was purchasing Kent RO but only because of its service i prefer Eureka Aquaguard RO.

reply, and solve my problem as early as possible
