I am G. Bhaskaran, residing at Balaji Nagar, Kolathur which I purchase Acquqguard and entered AMC with Eureka Forbes authorised dealer.
My wife called on 4th August for Quarterly Service and no one has responded so far. Every day she is calling and the concerned people are givning some feedback and they are giving assurance today our service engineer will come and attend your Acquaguard.
I am totally dissatisfied about this kind of service and first time I am facing this kind of problem with Eureka Forbes authorised dealer. My son was suffered sever throat pain and fever for the last two days.
Kindly take the action immediately and arrange the Service Engineer to attend this issue.
