Eureka Forbes/ Aqua flow
Not Working

I bought an Aqua Flow on 13th of jan08, the installation was done on 15th of jan08 and till now i have never been able to drink a single drop from the mashine as it is giving a strange smell and i can also see some particles floating. i called up the service center to get the thing fixed but till date i did not receive any help. i am really fraustrated with your service and product. The Service center call center is also not very helpful as they give false promises about the service.
