Dear Sir,

I have purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaflow Designa on 22/05. I opted for AMC

for maintenance. Every year I renewed my AMC. My AMC elapsed this year on

22/05. One week before the due date when I called M/s. Crown Enterprises (Agency)

I was informed that they have discontinued the agency.

I have called call centre 3988 3333 and request no: 81319751 was given to with the assurance

that my request will be attended in 2 days, but no body attended. Thereafter I have called 5 times.

Every time I was assured my complaint will be attended the same day or the following working day.

IT IS VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT I AM GETTING THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY.

I will be obliged if my complaint is attended.
