Dear Sir/Madam
I am Anjusha Kadam, purchased New water purifier product from Eureka Forbes against my old aquagard on 16th Sep 2008. Product name is Aquagaurd total Gold Nova and its item code is GWPDGNOVA0GOLD amounted Rs. 8590 including 12.50% vat.
The sales person Chandrajeet Yadav - 9014178, assured me that new aquadard will be installed in 3 working days after the payment. But this aquagaurd dispatched by company after 8 days. In this 8 days 8 to 10 times I call him for the product.
On 24th Sep i got that machine at 10.00 p.m.. It was installed on 25th Sep 2008. But in installation process, it was cleared that the machine was faulty. The person who came for installation forward the complaint and told me that there is small problem in the start button of machine and on the next day technician will come and look after this matter.
But from that day nobody came. Everyday I call on numbers which is provided on Bill. I already forward my complaint on Eurohelpline Number 39883333 on 26th Sep 2008. My complaint no is 80625404. Then I called on 28700791 and 28706677 which was given me from help line where I Called on 27th Sep 2008 and forward complaint again. The complaint no is 659 given to me.
From that day I daily called on 67611800/01/30 which is its direct sales office. In this office also I cant get proper reply from anyone. Mr Sachin Dhanawade who is working in this office, promised me on 29th Sep that on next day you will get replacement, but nobody come and today he is not attending my call.
So, I request you to kindly look after this matter and help me to get replacement as early as possible.
