Complaint regarding non replacement of aquaguard bottles

Dear Sir,

We are sorry to inform you that we are having one aquaguard installed at our resident we want its bottle to be replaced so we have made no. of telephone calls to the agent and each time we are making a call they insist on replacing the entire aquaguard in place of replacing the bottle. They are ready to come only if we buy a new aquaguard and simply not ready to listen to our requirement of replacing the bottle. This is quite unfair to a consumer and frankly speaking amounts to cheating.

My consumer no.is 81337986. I have made phone calls on the following No.:- 9818110390, 29217032, 29213041, 39883333 numbers of time and haven’t got any success.
