I have a AMC on my aquaguard. It is due for renewal this month and I had called Eureka Forbes representative for this renewal purpose. A person came but neither did he renew the AMC nor did he do the complete servicing of the aquaguard. He said that PCB was defective and needs to be changed. Please make a seperate complaint. Meanwhile he opened the power connection of the set and left saying that he would come back the next day and complete the servicing as well as the renewal of AMC. I also made a seperate complaint as desired by him to the Eureka forbes office about defective PCB. 3 days have passed. Neither the person who came for AMC renewal nor any other person has come to attend the set which is lying inoperative during this period. Repeated reminders each day in the morning has not had any effect.

This is simply unacceptable in the present age of cut throat competition where customers have many choices before them. Also aquaguard is related to drinking water which I need not say is absolutely essential commodity and cannot be played around with.

I was considering to upgarde my model with some other model of Eureka Forbes. But after this experience I have decided to neither renew my AMC nor upgrade. I will switchover to some other company product. I would like to emphasize that Eureka Forbes service in Jamshedpur is one of the Worst possible and at this rate Eureka Forbes is certain to be wiped out of the market very soon.
