NON SERVICE UNDER ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Request for half yearly servicing under Annual Maintenace Contract of Aquaguard- Classic model was registered with the Help line on 24 Jan under Complaint No. 80925617. Technicians are supposed to come for servicing atleast twice a year suo motto, but no one had attended the same. As such the request for regular servicing was lodged with there help line.

Water is an essential and life sustaining ingradient for humans and getting clean water is on of the fundamental right for all of us.

As the service provider who are claiming for best post sell services have failed to deliver services even after charging AMC for 2 full year, it tantamounts to breach of contract.

Unhygeinic and unclean water may lead to health hazards having effect for the whole life of the family.

It is, as such, I wish to lodge a complaint Against the Company and the Service providers and claim not just refund of the AMC servives amount but also for the inherent future threat to the health of my family rectification for which may cost me even lacs of rupees..
