No installation since this product has been bought inspite of repeated calls

I had bought the above mentioned model dated 1/7/09, from a salesperson, Ankush Rathod who claimed to be working with the company. I gave the down payment in cheque for 2625/- number 715857 and rest of the EMIs as post dated cheques number 715858 to 715861. The machine was delivered to me after two days and installed. No water has come out of the machine till now inspite of repeated complaints to thier customer care, HO in Koregaon park, Pune or to their local service station in Wanowrie. My customer ID is 1006280638 and request number is 0054754147. The only line they would adopt is, " someone will come to fix your problem today only"

I have been boiling water since then and my children have had stomach upsets quite often. Neither am I able to use the machine nor dispose it off..
