Defective equipment

I purchased Aquqguard Gold at Indore on 24-11 after paying through credi card, at acost of Rs 9550/-. They have not given the bill/ guarantee card so far, despite several reminders. The equpment is also faulty, leaking which has been attended to by the unsuccessfully twice. Now after interference, the water is also not pure, as some coloured sediments (dissolvable) are observed after some time. I have been requesting to change the set or the model itself, if it is not able to provide the desired filteration.
