Complaint not attended by service engineer

This is with reference to Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard Inova water purifier complaint. My complaints in the past have fallen on deaf ears.. It is aweful to be in this situation. Is there anybody listening. First complaint made on 5th March. No complaint number recieved and was told at that time that since the system is down your mobile no will be your complaint no. Again complaint was made on 8th March ref complaint no 81047682.. Still no one has attended the complaint. Expecting something favorable after sharing my concerns on this forum.
