Non working of RO

I purchased the RO System of Aquaguard, which was well known due to it's service but my personnel experince with the company is very bad. There is no Service after sale. No any service personnel came for the service during one year. After one when my RO System is not working properly, i contacted to the Customercare Service (Complaint No. - 52326944), but even after more than one week no service engineer reached to attend the complaint. So kindly makethe arrengement to attend the problem at the earliest.

Me & my faimily suffering a lot.
