Not received complete accessories of the product

I have purchased the “Aquaguard Total RO” in April. The executive name who sold me this is Mr. Pankaj Dhingra from Ghaziabad (U.P.). While doing the product installation at my home I have been told that right now we do not have the bottle for cleaning the water tank of the RO plant and this solution bottle will be provided to you within a week.

But up till now I have made several calls to the customer care and the executive (Mr. Pankaj Dhingra) itself for providing the cleaning solution but I have never received a satisfacory response from them. Evertime they told me that you receive the solution within 2-3 days but uptill now I have not received that.

How can you help me in this case.
