Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard Total RO
No After sales service

It has been nearly a month since I bought a water purifier from Eureka Forbes, Annanagar East, Chennai. I am yet to receive the official receipt from the company though promised that it would arrive in 1 week! Moreover, their sales persons, Saravanan & Deepan Raj conned me into buying the unit, telling me that I would receive a 3 year warranty since there was a promotional offer at the time of purchase. Calling the Customer Care is of no use, I have even called the Sales Manager Mr. Thanikavel (Mob. 9444207150) for explanation. He promised to send Mr. Vijayan, Service Manager to talk to me. That was 2 weeks ago and no one has appeared!! What a state of affairs is this supposedly unbeatable company in? Whom do we call? Whom do we approach... Jacob Mathew.
