Bad Product & Service

Dear Sir,

We bought an Aquaguard Total RO product on dated 18-March from A-8, Rani Bhawan NIT Faridabad having Receipt No.018777.

Now regarding the problem which I am facing right from the purchase of your product. I have registered problems so many times & Executive entertains us after 15~20days after reporting the problem. This has been repetitive 5times since I bought this product.

Now the Warranty period is about to finish in next five months & still the problem is Unsiolved. This will lead to exaust of Warranty period & product unattended.

Pl. Look into the matter asap & Exchange this product with new-one otherwise I would be having no option left other that consumer court.
