No Maintenance Service

We had taken an AMC for our Aquaguard for two years. I understand the person who was doing the service till last year, has resigned and no body has come in his place to do the service for our Aquaguard Water Purifier this year. The AMC is valid till June. The last service was due in June which has not been done so far.
