Eureka Forbes/Aqua Guard Water purifier
Worst Service

We bought Aqua guard sensa on 13-Jan and we had an issue in water purifier in 6 months and the system is installed in Kanchipuram. We logged lot of service request by calling the helpline and the service representives are not very responsive and confirming that they will come today, tommorrow but they never turned to my house to do the service. Now i have logged service request in Eureka forbes website and also given feedback to Eureka forbes.

I request consortium to help me in this regard.
