Frequent product failure -Bad service

Dear Sir

Iam deeply hurt for purchasing eureka forbes Aqua guard water Ro system which costs 16, 500 RS.After purchase i have been lodged service as well as product complaint almost 15 Times Neither they used to send in capable service person nor no response.how many times i have to register product failure complaint got fedup still it is under warranty. One of their company service engineer suggested it is failure product how did u purchased. Being paid a lumpsum price iam in capable to take action about the company. Please advise me if any good solution i can find? How to get a good product from the company the product model is Aquaa guard Robot RO system.
