Bad Customer Service

This company has one of the worst service in Chennai, inspite of several calls and email to their corporate office, there is no response. Eureka Forbes is pathetic in Chennai, for the last three months my water purifier is lying uninstalled. I have vowed never to buy a Eureka Forbes product again.
