Improper installation & defects not rectified since purchase during september

I purchased a aqua RO water purifier for my personal use in my house during september.sorry to say that the authorised person who was send for the installation by eureka forbes at mumbai did not know about the system on which he was to install. this was agreed by him that he does not have the knowledge on aquaRO, but company people have send him for installation.from the day of installation the main indication light is not working and also the pressure switch is defective which have been bypassed by the technician of eureka forbes and the defect has been not rectified till date despite off repeated reminders to the eureka forbes at mumbai .on many occasion people avoid contact by some or other means or a answer is given it will be done but only nine months have lapsed since i purchased my aqua RO which still need the pending defect to be rectified.no one has even visited to undertake periodical maintenance during guarantee period.main idea is to sell a product and then let the customer run around behind them.logically a reputed firm should replace the defectve item if reportd soon after purchse but in my case forget of replacement even the defect is not being attended to rectify.can i expect some reply from eureka forbes why this type of attitude towards a customer that you sell a item and then forget about it and leave it to the customer.i think this is not correct if you sell an item you should ensure that it is maintained and is made operational to the satifactionof the customer.
