Non recpt of bill from the company

I had purchased eureka forbes aqua guard gold nova around september from sales rep Mr rahul tharoor, by cash payment. i forgot to insist on cash recpt from his thinking i would get the invoice from the company after getting the delivery of the machine. but till date Neither Mr rahul nor his superior Mr suresh Kelade has obliged to heed my request. instead they demand a recpt of payment from me which i havent got. Mr suresh Kelade cell no is 9821688102 and when i try to call him he switches off his cell phone. i earnestly request forum to pls help me solve the harrassment by the company staff. Further i request all others who interested in buying eureka forbes products to think twice before they buy the product.
