Logging problem at my airtel last 6 weeks

I have logging problem since last week of December after entering right user id and password then given me massage "we are unable to process your request, please try latter, sorry for the inconvenience."

So many times lodged complaint over toll free number but solve for the some times after some times problem occur again.

I am a bonafied corporate customer of your company.

Please solve my problem as early as possible.
