We have yearly contract with you. reciept no.15498254 We have been continously complaining from last 2 days regarding water filter .we cant get a drop of water to drink.our complaint no. which is 75 with you service centre in yamuna apartments alaknanda new delhi.th elady who picks up the phone promises us to sen d somebody everyday morning evening .finally toaday the phone are engaged and we r not able to contact anyone and tomrow being sunday its very inconvinient.let me mention this has has happpened not first time but every time we complaint.being your customer from last 20 yrs it seems we will have to stop using your product and try some other company with now so many better options availble.and all this because of your customer service centre in alaknanda .pls see if you can attend the complaint because i will not have any other option but to throw your water filter.
