NON REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFFECTIVE PARTS OF THE WATER FILTER UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD

I am highly disappointed to see the poor & dull response regarding the customer complaint. I would like to draw your kind attention the few events of the last 10 days.

- I purchased the AQUAGAURD TOTAL NOVA GOLD FROM YOUR Panipat

(Haryana) franchise on 12.06.08.

- As the date of purchase indicate the product is still under one yr of warranty.

- On 18.03.09 I lodged the complaint of non working of button of filter to franchise of Panipat on phone no 9416262948. The service representative visited the home and repaired the button form inside the panel. On asking the replacement of defective button, he told he has not the fresh one you informed on customer confidence number.

- On 21.04.09 I contacted on phone no 080- 39883333, the contact person collected my complete details & told me that he will revert back to resolve the problem.

It seems that you people are waiting for the expiry of warranty.

The complete story clearly indicate that there is no customer care and no customer confidence center exist and merely a sort of advertisement of you products is done. Poor developed website and poor customer care will not develop any confidence amongst the customers.
