I have a 2 year's contract of service (Contract Receipt No. AG 96B) of my AquaGuard Water Purifier (booster model), with the Eureka Forbes India Ltd. for which I paid Rs. 1790 for the contract. But i have been sending requests and calling up the customer care service for sending their technician since 15 days but no one has turned up yet. And everytime i call up i get assured that the technician will come tomorrow and uptill now no one has come yet. My complaint no. with the Eureka Forbes is 82164406.
This is not the first time that is happening. Since two years they harass us a lot in sending the technician. You will be surprised to know that for every service i have made 15 calls at least. And the purity is an un negotiable issue when it is concerned to health, i have a small baby and i am not only facing problems physically but also mentally as i keep waiting for the technician to give me the service and change the purifying components, because i reside in mumbai 8 where water is enough dirty to toxicate a childs system
So i hereby look forward to your help in attaining my justice, as i believe strongly in the power of truth and the consumer forum.
