Service problem

I have purchase the aquaguard i nova total before two years from jamshedpur sales person mr.santosh kumar shaw dated 25/06/07 he say before purchase company shall be give to you lifetime free service perticular this product purchase from him.now coming to two years but no any body comes to my house and serevice the my aquaguard.to day i call to service center for service he send to one person mr mandal for service he ask to me service charge rs.250/-.before service the my aquaguard please give the suggesion what i do.
