Dear Sir,

I purchased one water purifier ST 2000 in 1996. I have been getting annual maintenance contract throughout these years and is still valid till December. Ms Shafali Khurana, 42 Basement, National Park, Lajpat Nagar IV New Delhi Tel. No.011-65670878, provides the service.

Water leakage was observed from ultra violet chamber of the machine on half yearly service. The mechanic who was doing the job advised me that the item/chamber to be replaced was not available with them and is not covered under AMC.

I request you to advice your agency to replace the item immediately as there is every possibility of short circuit. Further please clarify the position to the agency for free supply/replacement of the chamber.
