I was a proud owner of vacuum cleaner for 20 years before I exchanged it with a new vacuum cleaner. There was some defect in the system which took your service center at Indore on full month to repair and that too after I complained at corporate level. They came rectified the problem and coaxed me into signing a service contract for my water purifier system. The contract receipt no is AG96B 14502271 AND IS VALID F ROM 17TH May to 16th May.
My journey on path of agony had commenced once again. The promised service never turned up despite several complaints. And when it did, it broke our tap in the process and we had to spent Rs. 100 on that. Thereafter, he disappeared without providing any service.
We waited for two months for somebody to arrive. We again complained and today one Shri Devi Singh Yadav turned up and asked for Rs 490/- for service charges and the cost of tap attachment. We were upset as earlier also we had to shell out money without getting any service. We spoke to Shri Lokesh Muidgil who informed us that he is the service engineer. He also insisted on charging irrespective of the service contract for which I have spent Rs. 1590.
The level of service at Indore center has gone down further and my belief in Eureka Forbes is shaken. I am putting this feedback expecting some service from a company that had been so reputed in past.
