My ro water purifier is not working and no service is provided by the company

Sir, i have bought an eureka RO water purifier lat month and due to some reasons it is not working... i lodged a complaint and that day the serviceman came and told that the adaptor is not working and will replace that by evening as he is currently not having that... and opened the whole RO and told he is coming in an hour to replace that... but still no action has been taken... two members of my family has got stomach infection due their stupid negligence... i again lodged the complaint but no body answers... plz do help
