Eureka Forbes RO not working

Dear Sir,

on September 22 i registed a complaint No: 0055449410 & Customer Id No:1004099736 saying that my Total Aquaguard RO Purifier in not working, after 3 days i received a call from the service technician that he is going to attend the complaint shortly. many times i remember about the complaint, so far they not bother about the complaint.

i fed up by calling them, and came to conclusion not to pruchase any Eureka Forbes products in future and altering my coluges about the problems facing by me about the product.

no doudt the Eureka Forbes are International Quality Products but there services and response are very poor,
