Not attending amc

my customer code is 1000969761. i have paid rs, 1790/-[rupees one thousand seven hundred ninety]on24.11.2008 vide chq no.593376 to sri datta associates and my amc cover period is 23-11 to 22-11. as per the amc they have to change the filter once in 6 months i.e in may and nov but nobody is attending to it. my phone no.9394326103. i called several times but they are advicing me to call 39883333. i am very unhappy regarding the amc.
