Delay in attending complaint
My RO Purifier is not functioning since last 15 days. I have lodged complaint with your Customer Care Cell on 12.02.2008. But till date they have not fixed the problem. The technician did not visited our institute till date. The RO Purifier is under warranty period for two years . it has been purchased on 10/8 and installed on 27/8 by Prabhakar Singh M-37 Gk II NewDelhi- 110048
Despite my repeated requests the executives of the Customer Care Cell (Tel No. 39883333) neither register my complaint properly & gives me my Complaint Number nor do they arrange for speedy redressal of my complaint.
Here I want to point out that the place where we live in (IIT Delhi) receive hard and contaminated water, which is not at all fit for drinking and experimental purpose. That is why we had opted for RO Purifier of your company, being the most reputed one. we are facing a lot of problem due to its non-functioning.
Hence, it is my earnest request to you to look into the matter & arrange for prompt redressal of my complaint or else I would have to move to the Consumer Forum for inefficient After Sales Service.
