I stay at a suburb in Pune. Two days ago, water stopped coming from the Celebration series Purifier. So i called up the local franchisee. they promised to send the technician by evening and gave the complaint number. However it is 4 days, nobody has turned up. Attempts to call up the franchisee has proved futile as they keep dodging the calls. Above that, when confronted with the issue, they falsely claim that the technician had come last evening and nobody was at home. I am still struggling to get it repaired. In the meantime my wife fell sick with stomach pains due to water problem. we have changed over to the old filter and boiling method. Hence my advise:

Never buy an eureka forbes water purifier in life. Try Kent or Philips series.
