NO RESPONSE TO MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS SINCE ONE YEAR

I have repeatedly complained for non availability of paper bags, in market, required for my EUROCLEAN 2000 from more than an year. I was thrown from pillar to post -directed to complain to Mr. Patel on phone no.28706671, 28706677-who is never contactable.

I was sweetly told every time I complained, "Your complaint is kept on priority basis to look after! ""We are sending technician today or latest by tomorrow.''

YOUR TODAY HAS NEVER ARRIVED TILL NOW.

We had great faith in your Company-due to name of GODREJ attached to- you. TODAY WE FEEL THAT WE ARE CHEATED.
