Pathetic service by EurekFobes

Please note that i had complained about my Aqua Guard not working and i have taken a service contract from Eureka Fobes (Contract Receipt No 10-15269577).

I have been complaining to them since last 8 days (14th August) and then also it has not been rectified till now inspite of the initial promises made by them on the service line.

I have callled their Manager Kuldeep at 9873943093 and Aradhana at 9891314424 and they have been cheating us again and again by telling that the complain will be taken care within 2 hrs and since then 24* 7 hours have passed

What kind of pathetic services are being offered by Eureka Forbes? I am taking the sam to the consumer court
