Bad customer service

I have purchased Aquaguard Nova in 2005. it worked well for the period of two years. but later it started showing some problems regarding the circuit, water blockage.

i do have a contract with the company every year.

and the cutomer service engineer use to come and solve the problems. Recently the custoer service at dombivli (east) thane,

are not doing the service their best. from last one week none of the service engineer visited at my house to re pair the aquaguard nova. Now the phone is always busy every time when i call.
