Leakage in Aqua Flow water purifie

I had lodged a complaint at Jeevan Jyoti Apartments, Pitampura on 6th October but the engineer came after two days and advised us to contact on 39883333. I complained there on 8th Oct. 2008 but nobody came to visit, my complaint no. is M58746 dt. 8th Oct.2008. After that i am calling them almost everyday and remininding them but of no use. I am having an AMC with them w.e.f. feb to March. After Feb nobody has come for any type of service, can i ask for the refund of AMC.
