I purchased a Eureka Forbes Vaccum Cleaner 20 days ago. One of the pins of its electric plug has broken. I raised a service request 7 days ago. The customer care executive told me that it will be addressed within 24 hours. No body has turned up till now. Its been seven day. I have called them 5 times. Its a very poor level of products and services. Pathetic!!!
