We have done a service contract with the service centre of eureka forbes for 3 yrs. Inspite of this there is absolutely no service from the company.

Recently our purifier had a problem and it stopped functuning. Inspite of repeated complaints there was no one from there service centre to attend the problem. They kept on giving false promises, but no one did anything about it.

After many compliants he service person came but he couldnt fix the problem and he went back saying that the pcb was a problem. Since then he hasnt returned back.

For the last 1 month we cant use the water purifier and have to boil the water instead. Absolute pathetic service from a reputed company like Eureka Forbes.
