four persons have come to repair the unit in different days they are un able to repair the unit

i wont you to return my full money back RS.14000/as your unit is not proven one.i further say your servicing facility is worst. they are continuvously tourturing me and my family ever since purched the unit.may request you to kindley dump this unit in your godown and return my money bak since it is un repairable in worrany period it self. passon this problem to all responsible persons.if u donot intiate any action. i may have to apprach media for tourturing me and my family
