New machine not installed for over 5 days

We bought a Eureka Forbes Total RO machine and they promptly delivered the product and collected the money. They promised installation in few hours. However its over 5 days now, and they have not installed the machine.

Call centre complaint did not help, web site complaint did not help, and constant followup with Ravi Kumar - Sr. Team Leader did not help.

This is really poor service and literally organised robbing of a consume
