Very poor Service

Dear Sir,

Here I say you that, I am Purchasing aquaguard of your company on 27.04.2008

due to some technical problem the aquaguard not works. I register the complaint in your kanpur office

on 14.03.2009 .Sir the problem of my aquaguard not solve yet.

I am very depress for this, sir this is not the way to provide the service

Pls. solve my problem as soon as possible
