I am not satisfied with your service at all

I think i have made a mistake by bying UV water purifier of your company.

i have purchased it from big bazar, raipur, c.g. on 16th september and they assure me to install within 2 days.but till now i got no response neithar from them nor from eureka forbes.

i have also telephonic conversation with local eureke forbes office 2 days back they also assure to install it within two days, but the given time is over.

now i have planned to take both of them in consumer forum, raipur.
