Our vacum cleaner (Eureka Forbes Bullet Model) has been working since last july. My wife and me called up the company many times, but no response. Even calling up the customer care did not help either. Details of complaint no, names of the persons etc can be provided, but I feel it is of no use. This company simply does not care. Their service for Water purifies is equally poor.

There slogan "Eureka Forbes, your friend for life" is a misleader. With friends like Eureka Forbes, who needs enemies???

I would request all the buyers thru your website to keep the above in mind, when buying Eureka Forbes products.
