No Service during contract period

I am the owner of Eureka Forbes Inova Water Purifier (4yrs). I always enter into a service contract with the company to get the machine serviced. They always assure me thet their representative would come every 4 months to do the same at the time of collecting the cheque. But then they just do not keep their word. Inspite of repeated calls to their call centre no one has come to service the machine. I had entered into the service contract last year on 29th Sept. Till date no representative has come to service the machine.
