Complaint Not Attended From A Month

Dear Sir,

I have purchased my Aquaguard Water Purifier on 02-08-10.

I have complained regarding bad water & bad odour from my purifier.

My Complaint Number is :- 83606162

My Model :- Aquaguard Booster.

It has past a month till now and despite of calling so many times to your customer care, still there is no response from your side.

So i please request you to kindly look into this matter and help us solve our grievance.
