I have purchased a eureka forbes make v. cleaner model no e.c.turbo @rs; 3990/- on18.12.2008.the gss'name is mr krishna jadhav. code no 90020852. i have been assured by the gss that this model is adequate to clean the cut hair from the parlour.i have used the machine only once, may be for a minute, the machine stopped working.he was informed many times and finally collected the machine from my shop on 03.02.2009.today he had offered another m/c of different model which appears to be a very old & used m/c stating that the earlier m/c sold to me connot clean hair.he should return my m/cat the earliest.please help.

is thear any way to punnish such errant sales reps ;???
